RETURN OF GOODS

You can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days after delivery of the ordered products. Just let us know by email, phone or traditional mail. Zwrócimy Ci całą płatność wraz z kosztami dostawy w ciągu 14 dni. Send the received products back to us (at your own expense) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal from the contract. Please note that we may withhold your payment until we receive the returned merchandise.

 

COMPLAINT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the products you receive are defective or incomplete, please contact us. In order to process the complaint, we will need: the invoice number, a description of the defect and the date on which it was discovered, photos of the claimed products and the address where the defective products are located.

 

CLAIMING DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If, after opening the package, you find that the ordered products have been damaged in transit, contact the courier company as soon as possible to draw up a damage report. Also call (or write) us, we will ask you for a scan of the damage report, invoice number and photos of the damaged products.
